Eating at The Hilton Barbados is always a pleasurable and memorable experience. The hotel boasts three eateries: The Grille, offering outstanding cuisine; The Lighthouse Terrace, a luxurious indoor and outdoor eatery catering for all meals and offering themed dinner buffets and a la carte dining; plus the popular Water's Edge bar.

The Water's Edge with indoor and outdoor seating invites you to relax with a leisurely cocktail at your poolside lounger or enjoy light dishes while enjoying the breathtaking ocean views. Guests can step straight from sands into this informal poolside bar, open daily for lunch and light refreshments.

Please be advised that extension work to the kitchens at The Waterside Bar will take place from June 25, 2008 for approximately two months.

The Bar will remain fully operational and will feature a poolside BBQ from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm daily. The hotel wishes to apologise for any inconvenience caused, and looks forward to your continued support.
